Opening Gala
A magical introduction to Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, you are invited to The Capulet’s Masked Ball, our gala celebration for opening night of this summer’s Shakespeare in the Garden!

Guests will celebrate Elizabethan period “kickshaws” (hors d’oeuvres), a Renaissance Punch, entertainment, and the most important of all—don’t forget your mask, as this night Romeo will meet Juliet, in disguise, for the first time! Masks will also be available for purchase as part of our fundraising efforts.

Gala Opening Performance: May 31
Gala reception time: 5:30 p.m.
Performance time: 7 to 9:30 p.m.
Ticket price (Gala and performance): $95 
Gala admission covers admission and a tax-deductible donation of $50.00 towards funding Season 3 of Shakespeare in the Garden.

Romeo and Juliet is presented as the sun sets in the Santa Fe Botanical Garden amphitheater. Bring a picnic to eat beforehand!
