Close-enough read and discussion

Join us for a “close-enough” read of the sequel to Henry the Fourth, Part One, in Henry the Fourth, Part Two, in preparation for the next close read, which will be Henry the Fifth.

No experience necessary! We will read about an act a day, just for this play. We have grown close to these characters throughout Richard the Second and Henry the Fourth Part One, and now we will see what becomes of them in the rest of the civil war.

Choose a part to read when you come in, or choose to listen and discuss. Drop-ins and guests are always welcome.

Bring any copy of the play that you have. We have extra copies of the play if you need to borrow one for the morning.
